Delivery Timeline
Each piece at Shiva Art is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. From order placement to final delivery, our complete process generally takes 4–6 weeks for standard orders and 6–8 weeks for large, heavily carved, or custom-made furniture pieces. This timeline includes production, quality inspection, secure packaging, and international shipping. Deliveries to remote locations or certain countries may require additional transit time.

To ensure smooth delivery, we kindly request a valid contact number at the time of placing your order. Our shipping partner will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery. For oversized furniture items, delivery is typically made to the nearest accessible ground-level entrance of your home or office. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements, including upstairs delivery, narrow access areas, remote
locations, or placement inside specific rooms. If you do not receive tracking information after dispatch, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.
